Main advantages of the machine tool:

◆ The machine bed and other main shell parts use high strength and low stress alloy cast iron, after secondary aging treatment, the structure layout is reasonable, with excellent thermal stability, to ensure that the machine tool long time, large batch precision machining needs;

◆ grinding wheel spindle realizes constant line speed grinding, grinding wheel maximum line speed (35 m/s), through the operator input grinding wheel diameter (value) and line speed (value) in HMI, the system automatically match the number of grinding wheel motor rotation;

◆ The spindle drive of the guiding wheel is switched between the working and dressing drive chains by means of a (drive chain switching lever), The speed of the dressing guide wheel (280 rpm) and the speed of the grinding guide wheel (10-60 rpm) are frequency-controlled, and the working speed of the guide wheel can be set on the HMI. The guiding wheel speed can be changed without changing the gears and the control is good

◆ The guide wheel rack guide rail feed adopts dovetail lubricating guide rail which has good feed stability and vibration resistance.

◆ guide wheel mechanism feeding (X axis) adopts absolute encoder high performance AC servo motor, low backgap planetary reducer, precision ball screw drive, making the feed more sensitive and accurate.

◆Grinding wheel dresser and guiding wheel dresser adopts oil cylinder drive, which can realize the guiding wheel profile dressing.

◆The cooling filter system is equipped with a magnetic separator, and the water tank volume is greater than 250L. The filter capacity of the magnetic separator (100L / min) and the grinding fluid flowing back from the machine dripping mouth firstly enter into the magnetic separator, and separate the iron cutting and impurities of the grinding liquid through the magnetic separator.Using a magnetic separator can reduce the number of grinding wheel dressing, improve the surface cleanliness of the grinding workpiece, and extend the service life of the grinding wheel and coolant.

◆ The machine control system adopts the high-performance bus-type GSK986 CNC control system developed by Guangzhou CNC Co. It is equipped with CNC controller, SC10-021G-100B-SS handheld unit with external expansion, GR2050T-LA1 servo drive, GSK-LinK (original) communication cable and (8.4" colour screen) HMI.

The operator does not need programming, but only realizes automatic feed grinding through the man{{0}}machine interface parameter setting operation. The handheld unit can be manually fed, and the feed resolution (0.001mm 0.01mm) can be selected by the handheld unit.It has the functions of fault diagnosis display, rapid retreat of X axis (guide wheel feed axis) during grinding wheel overload and emergency stop trigger, manual quantitative compensation during automatic grinding, and timing compensation of X axis.

◆ Configured with a special measuring tape for grinding wheel diameter, the benchmark end of the measuring tape is placed against the grinding wheel chuck, and the corresponding scale value between the grinding wheel (outer contour) and the measuring tape is the grinding wheel diameter (value), which is convenient for the operator to measure the grinding wheel diameter quickly and accurately and to input the grinding wheel diameter (value) into the HMI.
