CNC Steel Plate Sawing and Milling Machines are currently in a monopoly state by foreign countries, and in China it is still in the early stage of research and development. our factory dared to be the first, and lasted for five years, overcame many difficulties, took the lead in the development of CNC Steel Plate Sawing and Milling Machine, filled the gap of high-efficient precise sawing and milling by circular sawing machine in China, and its performance reached the international advanced level. The machines can be widely used in metallurgy, machinery, mold making and other industries. Compared with traditional band sawing machines, the circular sawing machines have the features such as fast sawing speed, high accuracy and excellent cutting surface. The steel plate cutting process is clamped synchronously in the vertical direction and the cutting direction. The special design ensures positioning accuracy and cutting stability and reliability. The machine tool adopts oil spray micro-lubrication cooling method, which is clean and of pro-environment. Due to the edge of the tool, the cutting surface has the milling result. The machines consist of two parts, one is cutting motion and feeding motion by the circular saw blade, the other is feeding and discharging motion of the steel plate. The movement uses a numerical control system to control the servo motor to achieve stepless speed change. Adjust cutting speed and feeding speed as per the property and thickness of the cutting materials; adjust the length optionally as per cutting requirement. The precision of the machining products are high and the flatness, perpendicularity and roughness of the sawing surface are good. The machines adopt a fixed-beam type gantry frame structure to facilitate the feeding and discharging of the steel plate. The cutting length of the steel plate is not limited by the machine structure.
